Upper Dublin investigation leads to prison sentence in child porn case

An Upper Dublin man will serve prison time and register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography, according to a report.
John C. Spangler, 45, of Susquehanna Road, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 14–28 months in state prison, followed by four years of probation. Judge Wendy G. Rothstein also ordered Spangler to register as a sex offender for 15 years under Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law.

Rescue Of The Week: Henderson, a 2-year-old hound mix

Home At Last Dog Rescue is excited to introduce Henderson, a two-year-old Hound mix, as their featured rescue of the week. Henderson was rescued from Darlington, South Carolina, before finding his way to his current foster home in Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania, through Home At Last Dog Rescue. He has been in the care of his current foster for about nine months.
Henderson is very routine oriented, great with kids, and gets along well with other dogs. He can be very shy with new people and take some time to warm up to them. He is crate- and house-trained, however could use a little work on the leash. He would most benefit from a home or family that is active or enjoys the outdoors.
If you are interested in adopting Henderson or would like more information, you can reach out to Home At Last Dog Rescue at [email protected] or visit www.homeatlastdogrescue.com.
